If you’re unsure where to start, simply follow the steps provided. We’ve made it as straightforward as possible. Every submission matters and helps ensure our community concerns are formally recorded.
A "call to arms" is an urgent summons or appeal for a group of people to fight, take action, or support a specific cause,
often against a threat or challenge i.e. Offshore Wind Turbines.

We have just six weeks to review and do further research regarding the Star of the South project's assessment documentation between 18 May and 29 June, which is not enough time for a proper review. But this ALP government are hell bent on steamrolling their pet-projects through e.g. 4 of the 9 Gippsland offshore projects have bypassed this process. So there will be no further public consultations or request for Public Comment on projects 1; 2; 10; 11:
"ASSESSMENT NOT REQUIRED" results from a "Referral Decision" made by a bureaucrat, on evidence that is supplied by the project developer. Which means that an Environmental Impact Assessment may not be undertaken, studied or debated. This decision is made under sections 75 and 77A of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity.
A government "pet project" is a specific policy, public works initiative, or spending program championed primarily to fulfill a politician's personal passion, vanity, or political agenda.

Renewables vs. Nature
Major conservation groups are "abandoning the environment" to support both onshore and offshore wind farms. Developers are raping the land and destroying habitats unabated and now they want to do the same to our oceans.Well-funded environmental organizations are prioritizing high-level climate policy over on-the-ground ecological damage. Below is just one example of a conservation group abandoning their core values. Which is now headeD by the former GREENS (far-left) political party leader Adam Bandt. For many of these groups the end justifies the means.
But destroying the environment, to save the planet is a fools earand.
